Children aged 0–4: 1 child per room stays free of charge when sharing the existing bed with parents. From the 2nd child aged 0–4, a surcharge of 75% of the adult rate applies. No separate bed is included.
Children aged 5–10: The displayed child rate applies and children share the existing bed with parents. For children aged 5–10, an extra bed can be requested at an additional 30% of the adult rate, subject to cabin capacity and availability.
Child age will based on the birth year not date of birth. The operator may request the child’s passport or identification document for age verification.
Each cabin can accommodate a maximum of 2–3 guests, depending on the cabin category and assigned cruise.
Cruise assignment is subject to availability. If the scheduled cruise is fully booked or unavailable, the operator may arrange another cruise of a similar or equivalent standard. The replacement vessel may differ in cruise name, cabin design, facilities, onboard activities, or itinerary details while maintaining a comparable overall service standard.
Before departure, our operations team will contact guests to reconfirm the booking and request any required information, such as passport details, permitted stay duration for visa-exempt travelers, or visa expiration details where applicable.
During the rainy or typhoon season, cruise operations are subject to approval from the Ha Long Bay Management Authority. If the overnight cruise cannot operate due to weather, safety regulations, or other operational circumstances, the supplier will arrange the most suitable alternative whenever possible.
Refunds apply only to unused services. If guests return to Hanoi, VND 600,000/person for round-trip transfer will be deducted. If a Ha Long Day Cruise is arranged as an alternative, VND 1,500,000/person will be considered used and deducted from the refundable amount.
