- Guests with late-night flights may check out of the hotel in the morning, bring their luggage, and join the tour as scheduled.
- On the return to Hanoi, you may request drop-off at AEON Mall Long Bien (estimated arrival: 20:00–20:15) for dinner or shopping. From there, it takes approximately 30 minutes by taxi to the airport, depending on traffic conditions.

ー SPOT INTRODUCTION ー Halong Bay (World Heritage Site): Halong Bay is located in northern Vietnam, close to the border with China, and is a vast bay of approximately 1,500 km² with approximately 2,000 strangely shaped rocks of various sizes floating on the surface. The beautiful scenery, which looks like a large landscape painting, is said to be the most scenic spot in Vietnam.
ー SPOT INTRODUCTION ー Sung Sot Cave (6-hour course only): Discovered by the French in 1901. They named it ``La Grotte des Surprises'' (Surprise Cave) to convey the beauty and grandeur of the cave, which is larger than expected, and because Sung Sot means surprise in Vietnamese. When you enter the cave, there are three rooms in order of small, medium and large.The last and largest room is a very large space that spreads out inside the cave, highlighting the beauty of the stalactites themselves.
ー SPOT INTRODUCTION ー Ti Top has a steep slope on one side and an inclined slope on the other side. The beach coast here has a moon-like shape with the smooth white sand and is favored with stunning nature. You can find its water clear and blue all year round, thus making pebbles visible on the sandy bottom. All of these geographical factors turn Ti Top Island into a must-visit stopover in Halong Bay.

B> Transportation Vehicle
Transportation is generally arranged by luxury limousine bus. However, in the event that there is only one participant on the tour date, if the reservation is made one day prior to departure, or if the limousine bus is fully booked, a 35-seat bus may be arranged instead. We always ensure a safe and comfortable journey regardless of the vehicle type.

- Guests can choose between [kayaking or bamboo boat] experience.
- For safety reasons, we highly recommend the bamboo boat option for families traveling with children or infants. Your safety is always our top priority.
ー CANCELLATION POLICY ー Depending on local weather and conditions, Halong Bay Cruise may be instructed to be canceled by Halong City.
⑴ If it is determined that the flight is canceled the day before the departure date or the morning of the departure date, before the transfer to the hotel, the itinerary will be changed to Tam Coc Hang Mua sightseeing. In that case, we will contact you by email.
(2) If the bus is canceled after departing from Hanoi, you will return to Hanoi after having lunch on the docked cruise ship.
(3) If you do not agree with the two options, we will refund for you.

Q: I would like to know if the accommodation is eligible for pick-up and drop-off.
A: We cannot make any guarantees at this time as it may change depending on the number of participants and the schedule on the day of participation. Once you have made your reservation, the local operating company will contact you when your reservation is confirmed. Please check your reservation confirmation email (voucher).
Q: Is it possible for one person to participate on a normal cruise?
A: It is possible to make a reservation, but since the minimum number of participants is two, if there are no other participants on the scheduled date, we will either inform you of another date or cancel your reservation. (*Basically, answers will be answered at least 2 days before the participation date).
Q: What kind of outfit should I wear to participate in the tour?
A: Please wear clothes and shoes that are easy to move in. If you wish to experience sea kayaking during the tour, please bring your swimsuit and towel. *We will guide you to a changing area. *Your pants may get wet during the sea kayaking experience.
Q: Where should I experience kayaking/rowing?
A: The kayaking experience location is around Luong Cave.
Q: What are the precautions for sightseeing by sea kayak or rowing boat?
A: Sea kayaks and rowboats are both free.
1. One rowing boat can accommodate 4 people, and your pants won't get wet. For those who are not good at physical activity or who want to take a leisurely trip, we recommend taking a bamboo boat rowed by a local.
2. Kayaking is a bit difficult if you are not physically strong, as you have to row it yourself. Sea kayaking is for two people, and your pants will get wet, so it is recommended that you bring a change of clothes. If you are using a sea kayak, you can leave your baggage on the ship's chair and leave it with your Japanese guide, such as your cell phone or camera, but if you want to carry your wallet, you will have to carry it yourself. When experiencing sea kayaking, you can take out your shoes and participate barefoot. No sandals required.

Due to weather, tide levels, and operating conditions. Swimming or kayaking excursions may be canceled due to poor weather. Unused services are not subject to a refund.
Wifi connection is available on board but has limited internet connectivity throughout the itinerary due to the sea and the karst limestones and mountains blocking the signal from the satellites.
If you choose the package with no transportation service, please fill in "No" in the Pick-up point section when booking to avoid misinformation. The fixed pick-up point will be "Cafe Ong Bau, Tuan Chau International Marina, Ha Long, Quang Ninh" for the package with no transportation service
