- Meeting and Reception Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time.
- During the briefing, you and the instructor will work together to create a flight plan by selecting your preferred flight route and time settings from approximately 45,000 major airports around the world.
- 20-minute flight simulator experience
- The cabin mockup can also be used as a waiting room or a place to chat after your experience. We provide an authentic experience that makes you feel like you are on a real airplane.

Reminders
Flight simulators are very delicate devices, so system malfunctions may occur on rare occasions. In that case, we will contact the customer in advance.
There will be a reception desk, so please arrive 10 minutes early on the day of the event. Please be sure to contact us if you cannot make it on time.

By Train
Get off at JR Maihama Station and transfer to the Disney Resort Line.
After getting off at Resort Gateway Station, it is about a 5-minute walk.
Alternatively, take the free shuttle bus Disney Resort Cruiser for about 1 minute.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–5 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
