- Trip Introduction -

  • Take the 'Alishan Sunrise Train' to 'Zhushan Station' to watch the sunrise.

  1. The train ride on the Zhushan Line takes approximately 25 minutes. 

  2. This is a tentative schedule; the exact train time will vary based on the actual tickets purchased.

  3. The sunrise train ticket is currently included in the tour fee. However, the ticketing method for the 2027 Alishan New Year's Day sunrise has not yet been announced. If group purchase is possible, our staff will handle it; if not, the cost of the one-way train ticket will be refunded, and our staff will guide participants on a walk to Zhushan Station to watch the sunrise, which takes about 1.5 - 2 hours one way.

  • Alishan National Forest Recreation Area
    Immerse yourself in a forest bath at the Alishan National Forest Recreation Area and visit famous attractions such as the Alishan Sacred Tree, Sister Ponds, Zhaoping Station, Shouzhen Temple, and Sacred Tree Station. The entire tour takes about 2 - 3 hours.

  • Alishan Sunrise Impression Concert
    Alishan is a world-renowned destination for watching the sunrise. The 'Alishan Sunrise Impression Concert' is Taiwan's most unique high-altitude concert, aiming for 'three highs'—high altitude, high quality, and high standards—making it the top choice for domestic and international tourists to immerse themselves in melodic music while welcoming the first light of the New Year.

  • A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date

  • Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

  • This is a fixed itinerary for carpooling. Temporary changes to attractions and adjustments are not accepted. Please be sure to abide by the stay time at each attraction and follow the driver's arrangements.

  • If this carpooling itinerary uses a 9-seater car, no additional tour guide will be arranged; service staff may use translation software to communicate with passengers, so please pay attention before making a reservation.

  • The price is the same for adults and children; if they are children under 4 years old, according to Taiwan traffic regulations, they must ride in a safety seat for an additional $300. Pay the driver in cash, please inform in the remarks.

  • When waiting for the sunrise in Alishan, the temperature is about 1 to 7 degrees Celsius due to the cold and humidity. Please prepare a woolen hat, scarf, warm pack and cold jacket.

  • The arrival time of each itinerary may change due to traffic conditions, weather, festivals, and crowds on the day. Please forgive us if there is any delay or cancellation due to the above or other force majeure factors; we will not request a refund for this reason.

  • If you leave the group on your own during the trip, the transaction will be deemed invalid and no fees will be refunded. If this results in personal or property safety, you must bear the consequences yourself.

  • During the trip, please carry your documents and valuables with you and keep them safe. If there is any loss, theft, damage, etc., you will be responsible for it yourself.

  • The itinerary involves a lot of walking time. It is strongly recommended to wear comfortable clothing and sports shoes to keep out the cold. Participation depends on your physical condition. Thank you.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
