• Tour Date: Daily
• Tour Time: 10:00 - 18:00
• Minimum number of participants for booking: 2 people 
  - If the minimum of 10 participants is not met 2 days before the tour, the tour will be canceled. (100% refund)

🚙 Meeting & Drop-off Information

• Meeting and Drop-off Location: Resorts within Mactan
• Meeting Time: 10:00 - 11:00
• Please provide the exact name and address of your accommodation for pickup and drop-off.

※ Please wait at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the pickup time. (Pickup may be slightly delayed depending on local traffic conditions.)
※ If you are not waiting at the designated time and location, it will be considered a no-show, and changes or refunds will not be possible.

• For your safety, please ensure you wear a life jacket while on board. 
• We are not responsible for any accidents caused by failure to follow safety rules, such as not wearing a life jacket, or failure to follow the guide's instructions.
• The tour may be canceled the day before or on the day of the tour for safety reasons such as natural disasters (typhoons, earthquakes, etc.) or equipment failure. In case of cancellation, a 100% refund will be processed. (However, this only applies if you have received a cancellation message via KakaoTalk; customers cannot decide to cancel arbitrarily.)
