- Campsite Amenities:
(1) Parking: One parking space per tent (if you require more than one space, please specify in the order remarks)
(2) Public Bathrooms: Shower rooms (hot/cold water available 24 hours), shampoo, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, hair dryers, cotton swabs, disposable earplugs, baby bathtubs
(3) Dining: Refrigerator, water dispenser (hot/cold/room temperature)
(4) Cleaning Equipment: Sink, sponge (one brand new sponge per tent), dish soap
(5) Additional Rental Services: Grill pan for portable stove, water container, gas canister, toilet paper, bath towel, extra down duvet, toothbrush set, towel

Tent Specifications: 5-meter diameter Stargazing Tent (for 4 people) & 4-meter diameter Stargazing Tent (for 2 people)
- The 5-meter Stargazing Tent can accommodate up to 4 adults. Due to limited space, extra beds are not available. The 'no-bed' additional guest service is only available for children of elementary school age or younger. A cleaning fee of NT$1000 will be charged for elementary school students. A maximum of 1 additional person is allowed, so the maximum capacity per tent is: 4 adults + 1 child.
- The 4-meter Stargazing Tent can accommodate up to 2 adults. Due to limited space, extra beds are not available. The 'no-bed' additional guest service is only available for children of elementary school age or younger. A cleaning fee of NT$1000 will be charged for elementary school students. A maximum of 1 additional person is allowed, so the maximum capacity per tent is: 2 adults + 1 child.
- Cooking Tent: Includes 1 roll-up table, 4 & 2 chairs, mosquito coils, and lighting.
- Cooking Utensils: Includes 1 portable stove, 1 gas canister, 4 & 2 sets of bowls and plates, 4 & 2 mugs, 4 & 2 sets of cutlery (chopsticks, spoons, forks), 1 soup pot, 4-piece spatula set, 1 pair of scissors, 1 kitchen knife, 1 cutting board, 1 heat-resistant mat, 1 box of tissues, and 1 dishcloth.
- Campsite Facilities: Parking space, bathroom facilities and supplies, refrigerator, water dispenser, sink and cleaning supplies.
- Please bring your own: Food and ingredients, personal preferred tableware, toiletries, warm clothing, personal mosquito repellent, or medical supplies.
- To support environmental protection, we do not provide disposable personal toiletries such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, towels, bath towels, etc.
- Pets are not allowed in the campsite. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Purchase Notice
- Please bring your own food and beverages, personal tableware, toiletries, warm clothing, personal mosquito repellent or medical supplies when entering the camp.
- Pets are not allowed in the campsite. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. The campsite does not include meals for the equipment-free camping experience, and the campsite does not provide food ordering services. Please be sure to purchase food in advance before going up the mountain. It is recommended to buy food in Puli Town.
- The location of the tent will be arranged by the on-site staff and you cannot specify the location.
- Please enter the number of guests in the reservation. Each tent should be occupied according to the number of guests at the time of booking. Visitors without reservation are not allowed to enter the camp.
Reminders
The time affected by the typhoon is defined as the time when the Central Weather Bureau issues a "Land Typhoon Warning" for the main island of Taiwan. If the Central Weather Bureau issues a "Land Typhoon Warning" for the main island of Taiwan on the "day before" or "day of" the camping date, you will not be able to check in according to government regulations.
If there are force majeure factors such as typhoons, earthquakes, natural disasters, etc. on the day of camping, the order can be retained for 6 months. During this period, the accommodation can be rescheduled or other fees will be refunded after deducting the handling fee of NT$100/account. For those who choose to postpone the camping and complete the extension procedures, the extension and refund regulations for the new account will be handled in accordance with the extension and refund regulations of the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications.
Check-in time is from 15:00 to 17:00 in the afternoon. If you arrive after the specified check-in time, please note the estimated arrival time in the order.
Check-out time is 11:00 the next morning. Please return the borrowed equipment to the camp owner before 10:30 a.m. If you need to check out late, a fee of NT$ 500 per hour will be charged. Please be advised.
When checking in, the camp owner will collect a "camp deposit" of NT$ 1,000 / account. When checking out the next day, the camp owner will return the deposit in full after confirming that all equipment is not damaged and has not violated the camp regulations. (If there is any damage, you will need to pay the price)

- For cancellations made 10 to 13 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 7 to 9 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 60% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
