- Admission is free for children 3 years and under if in combination with an Adult, Student, or Senior ticket. Proof of age (e.g. passport) is required
- Children ages 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times inside the theatre and in the aquarium
- The 4D Theather experience may not be appropriate for children under 4 years or for people with light sensitivity, back issues, or scent allergies
- Please note that as there are live animals, there may be certain times when some exhibits may be closed for animal care reasons. Please visit the official website to check for details on the most up-to-date operating hours before booking, as the ticket is only valid on the selected date. In the event of operating hour changes, no prior notice will be provided
- The guest's selected date may become unavailable. Please notify us of your preferred backup dates when booking, and keep an eye out for customer service messages
- Wheelchairs, walkers, and strollers are available free on a first-come, first-served basis
- To purchase a student or senior ticket, please present your passport and applicable documents (e.g. student ID) for verification. Failure to comply may result in prohibited entry

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your preferred time slot to the 4D Theatre, as spaces are limited. Late admittance to the theatre will not be accepted as the doors are locked once the show begins
Please note that the 4D Theatre is on a limited first come, first serve basis. There are regular showings throughout the day
The 4D shows are accessible to all audiences. Wheelchair access entry, 4 wheelchair spots, assisted listening headsets, and closed captioning units are available upon request
Guests may be asked to present their ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification purposes. Please make sure you carry the aforementioned documents with you on the day of the visit
For the health and safety of our animals, photo extension poles (selfie sticks) as well as all electronic devices may not be used to cross into the exhibits
