Each child entering the venue must be accompanied by an adult (such as a parent or guardian) over 18 years old. Children who are not accompanied by an adult will be refused admission.

For the safety and comfort of our guests, we recommend that you wear appropriate clothing when entering the venue.

For hygiene and safety reasons, all guests must wear socks inside the venue.

Please do not bring the following items into this venue: dangerous or toxic substances, food, alcoholic beverages, beverages and pets.

Guests can only visit during business hours.

No eating or drinking allowed inside the venue

Guests should take careful care of their personal belongings and avoid bringing any valuables into the venue. The venue will not bear any responsibility if it is lost, stolen or damaged on the premises.

Guests should keep the venue clean and hygienic and use all facilities in the venue carefully. They should not cause malicious damage, otherwise they will have to pay for the damage.

Parents or guardians are solely responsible for their children while on the premises. The venue does not accept any responsibility for injuries resulting from unsafe play and improper use of equipment.

If due to bad weather or special events, or when circumstances so require, we may temporarily change business hours, close the venue or any part thereof, limit the number of people entitled to enter and/or suspend or cancel any facilities to ensure safety and order.

Children 1 year old or above will be charged full price (children 6 months to under 1 year old will be charged half price, please contact customer service if necessary)

The park will remain open during the No. 8 Typhoon Signal period. If a No. 8 Typhoon Signal, red rain, black rain, or Typhoon Signal No. 8 is issued on the day of booking, and guests need to change the date of play for safety reasons, please contact KKday on the same day, and KKday will assist guests in changing the booking date. The park will adjust its business hours and policies according to actual conditions to maximize the safety and health of the public.
