Each child entering the venue must be accompanied by an adult (such as a parent or guardian) over 18 years old. Children will be denied entry if not accompanied by an adult.
For the safety and comfort of our guests, we recommend that you wear appropriate clothing when entering the venue.
For hygiene and safety reasons, all guests are required to wear socks while on site.
Please do not bring the following into the venue: hazardous or toxic substances, food, alcoholic beverages, drinks and pets.
Guests can only play during business hours.
No eating or drinking is allowed in the venue
Guests should take good care of their personal belongings and avoid bringing any valuables into the venue. The venue will not be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage within the venue.
Guests should keep the venue clean and sanitary and use all facilities on the venue with care. They should not cause any malicious damage, otherwise they will be required to pay for the losses.
Parents or guardians have full responsibility for their children while on the premises. The venue is not responsible for any injuries resulting from unsafe play and improper use of equipment.
In case of inclement weather or special events, or when circumstances require, we may temporarily change business hours, close the venue or any part of it, limit the number of people authorized to enter and/or suspend or cancel any facilities to ensure safety and order.

If a severe weather warning, such as Signal No. 8, red rain, black rain, or Typhoon Signal No. 8, is issued on the day of your reservation, and guests need to reschedule their visit for safety reasons, please contact KKday on the same day. KKday will assist in rescheduling your reservation. The park will adjust its operating hours and policies based on actual circumstances to maximize public safety and health.
