🎈 Shooting date: Please decide your preferred shooting time according to your travel itinerary!
 
🎈 Photographer: A Japanese photographer who speaks English will be in charge of the shoot.
 
🎈 Location: Available anywhere in Fukuoka city!
Since shooting is possible anywhere in Fukuoka city, please let us know your desired location when booking!
 
🙏If you wish to shoot at a location far from the photographer's residence, a separate long-distance fee may apply (e.g., Dazaifu).
Also, please note that it may be difficult to accommodate some requests, so please inform us of your desired location when booking.

🚌If you wish to shoot in multiple locations, please use public transportation. Additionally, transportation costs for the photographer and facility admission fees will be charged at cost.

Photo delivery: We will provide over 100 original data files within 1 week.
 
If desired, we support retouching for 10 selected photos.
　→ Please select the photos you wish to have retouched from the original data (up to 10) and reply with the corresponding file names.
(If there is no reply, retouching will not be performed. Also, please do not change the file names.)
　→ The 10 selected photos will be sent back after final retouching.

Retouching relates to color temperature, color tone, tone, brightness, haze, and photo composition; we do not support facial or body contouring.
 
Retouching work will be performed according to the atmosphere of the day of the shoot. If you have any preferences, please let us know regarding the mood or color tone.
 
The best shots from the shoot may be posted on our portfolio or social media. Please let us know in advance if you do not wish for this to happen.

・After your reservation is confirmed, you will be invited to a "LINE" group chat with the cameraman or guide in charge to ensure smooth communication during the tour.
If you do not have a "LINE" account, please download the app and register in advance.
If you are unable to use LINE, please contact us separately.
・Please be careful as it may be difficult to recover your belongings if you lose them while purchasing the product.
・Please be especially careful about injuries and accidents caused by your own negligence. We may not be able to provide assistance.
・If you are late for your meeting, your photoshoot time may be shortened. Please arrive on time.
※There are no refunds in case of no-show (cancellation without notice) or late arrival.
・If rain is forecast for the shooting location 3 days prior to the shooting, or if it suddenly rains on the day of the shooting even if there is no forecast, please select one of the following:

  • ・"In the event of injury or illness during the tour, treatment is provided without cash (tour date = insurance application date)". After your reservation is confirmed, staff will guide you through insurance registration. Please fill out the information sheet.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
