  Lunar New Year Holiday (2027/2/04 - 2/10): 09:30 - 17:00
  Airport shuttle service is not available from 2027/2/06 to 2/08 (Lunar New Year's Day to the 3rd day of the Lunar New Year).
  
• Rental Duration: Calculated in 24-hour units per day.
• Required Documents:

1. For R.O.C. (Taiwan) Citizens:
   Payment must be made by credit card (valid for at least 6 months); debit cards are not accepted. You must present a credit card (Visa/MasterCard/JCB) for pre-authorization upon pick-up, along with your national ID card and a domestic driver's license.
2. For Foreign Travelers:
   Original passport, International Driving Permit (IDP) or a permit to drive in Taiwan, original driver's license from your home country, and a credit card (valid for at least 6 months) are required. If you are unable to present these documents on-site, the vehicle rental service cannot be provided, and no refunds will be issued (debit cards and UnionPay cards are not accepted).

• Rental Restrictions:
  If you cannot provide a valid driver's license and the required documents, the rental agency reserves the right to refuse the rental without a refund. For information on driver's licenses valid for driving in Taiwan, please refer to the Directorate General of Highways, MOTC List of Reciprocal Driver's License Agreements with Major Countries . According to Taiwan regulations, driver's licenses and International Driving Permits issued by the State of Queensland, Australia, and the People's Republic of China are not valid for driving in Taiwan.
