【Notes for Reservation】

• If the minimum number of participants is not met, the tour may be canceled. In such cases, we will notify you individually and provide a full refund.
• All tour locations (firefly areas, tourist spots, temples, etc.) are public facilities. Even if you book a private tour, there may be other teams or people on-site. (You are not renting the entire facility.)
• When booking, please be sure to provide your exact English name as it appears on your passport.
• The travel itinerary and details above may be subject to change without prior notice due to local conditions on the day (traffic, weather changes, etc.), and in unavoidable cases, some courses may be omitted or changed.

【Travel Precautions】

• Although this is a hot and humid tropical climate region, the temperature difference between indoors and outdoors can be significant due to air conditioning in hotels/resorts, so it is recommended to prepare long-sleeved clothing.
• Please be careful for your safety during the monkey feeding experience, as you may get scratched. If you do not wish to feed them, you may wait in the vehicle.
  
• Our company is not responsible for accidents caused by the customer's personal health condition, or safety accidents/theft/illness occurring due to personal negligence during free time. Please be sure to prioritize your safety.
• Children must be accompanied by a guardian at all times, and the guardian is responsible for the safety management of the children.
• Our company is not responsible for any problems arising from individual shopping, optional tours, or personal actions during times when the guide is not present.
• Changes from the set itinerary of the tour product to an individual itinerary are not possible, and no refunds will be given if you leave the itinerary for personal reasons. (In the case of a private tour, you may coordinate with the guide on-site.)
• Please wear your seatbelt whenever possible while the vehicle is moving, and refrain from careless behavior such as standing up in your seat while the vehicle is in operation.
• Our company is not responsible for any safety accidents/theft/illness caused by personal negligence during the tour itinerary.

【Information on Free Insurance (Up to 100 Million KRW) for Tour Applicants】

1. After applying for the tour, please send us your name, resident registration number, tour date, and travel region via message.

2. Insurance is provided for 2 days based on the tour date. If you take 2 or more tours, it is provided for up to 5 days.

3. Insurance can be purchased at least 2 business days in advance. If you cancel the tour, the insurance premium will be at your own expense.

4. You can sign up until the day before your departure date, but sign-ups are not available on public holidays.

5. Insurance enrollment is optional; if you do not wish to enroll, you may disregard this notice.
