• For other hotels, please inquire separately. Depending on the area, an additional fee may apply, or you may be asked to travel to a designated pick-up location.

【Booking Notes】

• If the minimum number of participants (4 or more) is not met, the tour may be cancelled. In such cases, you will be notified individually and receive a full refund.
• When booking, please ensure you provide your exact name as it appears on your passport.
• The itinerary and details may be subject to change without prior notice due to local conditions (traffic, weather, etc.). In unavoidable circumstances, some parts of the course may be omitted or changed.

【Travel Notes】

• Although this is a hot and humid tropical climate region, the temperature difference between indoors and outdoors due to air conditioning in hotels/resorts can be significant, so we highly recommend bringing a long-sleeved garment.
• We are not responsible for any accidents, theft, or illnesses caused by personal health conditions or individual negligence during free time. Please prioritize your safety.
• Children must be accompanied by a guardian at all times, and the guardian is responsible for the child's safety.
• We are not responsible for any issues arising from individual shopping, optional tours, or personal activities during times when the guide is not present.
• Changes from the scheduled tour itinerary to personal plans are not possible, and no refunds will be provided if you leave the tour for personal reasons. (For private tours, arrangements can be made on-site with the guide.)
• Please wear your seatbelt at all times while the vehicle is in motion, and refrain from careless actions such as standing up in your seat.
• We are not responsible for any safety accidents, theft, or illnesses caused by personal negligence during the tour.

★Information on Free Insurance (up to 100 million KRW) for Tour Applicants★

1. After applying for the tour, please send us your name, resident registration number, tour date, and travel region via message.

2. Insurance is provided for 2 days starting from the tour date. If you participate in 2 or more tours, it is provided for up to 5 days.

3. Insurance can be purchased at least 2 business days in advance. If you cancel the tour, the insurance premium is at your own expense.

4. Insurance can be purchased until the day before departure, but it cannot be purchased on public holidays.

5. Insurance enrollment is optional; if you do not wish to enroll, you may ignore this information.
