Recommended Attire and Items to Bring:

• Must-haves: Water shoes with heel and toe protection, swimsuit, short-sleeved T-shirt/sun-protection shirt, hat, sunscreen, waterproof bag, change of clothes, water/hydration bladder (750 ml or more).
• Recommended items: Power bank, portable fan, windbreaker, water shoes, waterproof bag, sunglasses, hat, snacks/energy bars.
• There are many oyster shells near the shallows; it is recommended to wear amphibious water shoes to protect your feet.

- Kayaking Booking Notes -

1. Participants must be 5 years of age or older. If the participant is aged 5-8, they must be accompanied by two adults.
2. Bookings must be made at least 5 days in advance.
3. For weekdays, groups of 6 or more can customize the date and book a private tour; for holidays, groups of 8 or more can book a private tour.
   
4. Participants must follow the instructor's instructions during the activity and wear safety equipment properly.
   
5. The itinerary may be adjusted based on weather conditions, participant ability, and external environment; the instructor reserves the right of final decision.
6. Accurate location and instructions will be provided after the booking is confirmed.
7. Please change clothes and store personal belongings before arrival so that the activity can start on time.
8. Please do not litter and help protect our nature.
   
9. Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings. Any loss shall be the responsibility of the applicant group.
   
10. Participants must take care of their own safety and that of their companions, and look after children and those in need of care at all times.
    

- Terms and Conditions -

• This activity is physically demanding. I have read the relevant instructions and regulations of this activity in detail and am aware of the medical and natural risks involved. I understand that the activity content includes (but is not limited to) orienteering, water sports, rock climbing, and abseiling, covering both daytime and nighttime activities. I declare that I am in good physical condition and capable of participating in this activity. Regarding the water sports portion, I possess basic swimming ability (meaning the ability to swim 30 meters independently without assistance) and no medical practitioner has advised against it. I am participating in this activity voluntarily and am willing to bear all accidental risks and responsibilities myself. I have no right to claim or hold SUPWAY/any related instructors or staff responsible for any personal accidents, deaths, or losses of any kind incurred during travel to and from the venue or during the activity.
• I agree that all photos or portraits taken during the activity may appear in any official records, advertisements, television reports, and all multimedia platforms, and may be published in various forms without any remuneration. The organizer has absolute rights to use any videos, images, and records of this event.
  
• Participants authorize and agree that the organizer and the media may use their personal data, portraits, names, and voices for organizing and promoting the event without review or further consent. This includes the possibility of the participant's portrait and name being used on the organizer's event website, videos, and promotional materials.
  
• No liability shall be assumed in the following situations (but not limited to):
  – Any personal loss or injury;
  – Any direct or indirect loss (whether personal injury or property damage)

• Our company is a rental platform providing services for selling experience vouchers. Participants must be responsible for their own personal behavior. KKday and SUPWAY will not be held legally responsible for any personal behavior, including but not limited to measures related to gathering restrictions.
• Under no circumstances, from the date of registration, shall the organizers, sponsors, supporting units, or staff be liable for any losses or accidents, nor shall they be required to provide compensation or bear any legal responsibility.
• The activity is only valid for the confirmed booking date and time; it will expire if overdue.
  
• No refunds or changes are allowed after the order is confirmed.
  
• If the booked date cannot form a group, the organizer will notify you three days before the activity to reschedule (no refunds).
  
• If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or a Yellow Rainstorm Warning or above is hoisted by the Observatory 2 hours before departure, the itinerary can be rescheduled. No refunds will be provided.
  
• If you need to change your booking due to the aforementioned severe weather, you must notify us in writing via WhatsApp before departure and provide your preferred new date. Customers must use the service within one month of the original date; failure to reschedule within this period will be considered a forfeiture.
