－Campground Information－
Campground Name: Sihmut Campground
- Check-in Time: After 10:00 AM on the day of arrival (For consecutive holidays, check-in time for incoming guests is after 13:00).
- Check-out Time: Before 12:00 PM on the following day.
- Fees Include: Campsite parking space, cooking tent space, cleaning fee, water, electricity, bathroom facilities, and service fees.
- Each camping unit is limited to [4 people / 1 vehicle / 1 tent / 1 cooking tent]. (Each site is limited to 4 occupants; an additional fee of 200 TWD/person applies from the 5th person onwards, with a maximum capacity of 6 people. Children in kindergarten or younger are free).
- Those sleeping in vehicles are charged as one tent at 1100 TWD/day.
【Campervan Notice】
- Check-in Time: After 12:00 PM on the day of arrival.
- Check-out Time: Before 10:00 AM on the following day.
- Equipped with bunk beds and a double bed (total 4 beds), side awning, gas stove, induction cooker, air conditioning (summer), and a small refrigerator. Please bring your own bedding (pillows, blankets).
- Bedding Rental Available: 4-person set of pillows + blankets for 500 TWD/set (payable on-site).

- Camping Regulations and Announcements -
- The time for check-in and camping in the camping area is from 10:00 am to 12:00 am the next day. In case of Sunday or the last day of consecutive holidays, you can take the camp until 14:00 in the afternoon.
- The gate control time of the park is from 12:00 in the evening to 09:00 in the morning of the next day (vehicles are prohibited from entering and leaving during this period, and the park can be notified in advance to cooperate in special circumstances).
- For visitors outside the camping, the admission fee is 200 yuan per person (regardless of adults and children).
- Each camp is limited to one sleeping tent and one living room tent (the sum of the two shall not exceed the size of one camp).
- If your tent or cooking tent & canopy (living room) is particularly large (that is, more than 3 meters * 3 meters), such as: snowpeak TP-671 & 700, luxury villa tent, bear tent (Nordisk), tunnel tent, you need to order Inform the park to arrange a suitable camp for you, or you need to book 2 camps to meet your needs, so as to avoid the situation that you can't fit in the site.
- If campers in the park have finished unloading their equipment, please move your car to the designated parking lot in the park as soon as possible to avoid traffic jams.
- Please test the hot water before washing. If there is no hot water, please call the park staff to deal with it
- Do not use high-power-consuming electrical appliances (such as electric cookers, induction cookers, ovens, coffee machines, portable air conditioners, electric heaters, TVs, stereos, karaoke, etc.) in the camp area to avoid power trips. Violators found by inspectors will be disqualified from camping without refund.
- Public sockets are provided in the camp for power connection, and extension cords (more than 10 meters) must be prepared by yourself.
- Please pay special attention to the safety of the extension cord when using electricity in rainy days, so as not to cause leakage and affect safety.
- Fireworks, firecrackers, and fairy sticks are completely prohibited in the park.
- Please do a good job of sorting the garbage and take care of this paradise together.
- Cigarette butts and betel nut dregs should not be discarded anywhere, please throw them in the trash can.
- If you bring pets into the park, please tie up your pets, pay special attention to pet excrement, please take care of yourself.
- The park is not responsible for the custody of vehicles and finances, please keep your valuables properly
- Do not engage in dangerous activities after entering the park: such as throwing iron, stones, branches, sharp objects, etc., or climbing and playing on the landscape fence. Children use various facilities in the park. Parents are required to take care of them for safety. The park is not responsible for taking care of them.
- Please take good care of all equipment in the park, and those who are damaged must pay according to the price.
- Do not throw stones or other foreign objects into the fountains, paddling pools, ecological pools, fish ponds, etc. in the park.
- In case of any emergency, please notify the park staff immediately for assistance.
- Loud noises are strictly prohibited after 11:00 p.m., and please do not make reservations if you cannot cooperate.

- For cancellations made 7 to 13 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 60% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
