- Children aged 6–12 years must be accompanied by an adult. Children must be able to see over the edge of the basket which is 1.2 meters high for safety reasons.
Children/ Infants under 6 years are not allowed to fly as per the Australian aviation rules - Please note the weights of each passenger in the Requests & Remarks section when booking.
- Please advise the booking office if you are over 85kg or have any medical issues. Participants over 110kg may incur a 50% surcharge payable directly to the supplier. Maximum individual weight limit is 130kg.
- Aviation regulations require that all passengers are able to embark and disembark a balloon basket unassisted for safety reasons
- Pregnant individuals are not permitted to take part in this experience
- All passengers must complete and sign a standard company Registration, Medical Check and Assumption of Risk form before the flight
- In the event that minimum numbers are not met, the experience provider reserves the right to reschedule your experience for a later date
- The flight path is subject to change without notice depending on wind speed with the decision being made by the pilot with the safety of passengers in mind
- The flight time can slightly alter on the morning or be postponed, should the weather conditions hinder the safety of the balloon flight
- Please wear comfortable layers of outdoor clothing to match the season, a hat and sturdy shoes for the morning dew. No open foot wear or high heels are permitted. Dress as though you are going for a bush walk.

A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
