For safety reasons, hot spring facilities are not open to single people; a minimum of two people are required. Additional people or extended time will be subject to on-site announcements.
This hotel requires stairs and no elevator. Wheelchairs and strollers need to be temporarily placed in the lobby to avoid damage to the tatami caused by pushing and pulling in the guest room. We apologize for the inconvenience.
