  • Meeting point description: Having the Basilica of San Marco behind you, stay on the right side of the square and go under the arches. Find Olivetti Museum, turn right passing under the archways, cross the little bridge and go straight on to “Campo San Gallo”, Venice Tours Office is located in the campo (small square).   • Accessibility:The gondola is not fully accessible for wheelchair users or people with walking disabilities

  • Know in advance:You may opt for a daytime ride or a 7 pm evening ride

  • The ride is not private. Each gondola can accommodate a maximum of 5 people

  • The seat aboard will be assigned by the gondolier depending on the guests' weight

  • The itinerary could be changed or postponed in case of wind or bad weather. If you can't join the ride for these reasons, you will receive a full refund

  • The live commentary is in English, French, Spanish and Italian

  • The commentary by mobile app (to download on a mobile device) is in German, Japanese, Russian, Chinese and Hindi

  • This app won’t use up any data connection as it runs on GPS only. You will receive the app and the QR code at the moment of reservation. Follow the instructions to download the app and log in to download at the meeting point with the staff
