- About the Crispy Prophet Duck -
Made with 30-35 day old cherry ducks weighing about 1 kg, marinated in various Chinese herbs for two days, hung to air-dry, and then roasted in a traditional Hong Kong-style hanging oven for about 40 minutes. Before serving, hot oil is poured over the duck to keep the skin crispy.
The crispy skin and tender meat of the Prophet Duck are incredibly aromatic. The duck skin and meat melt in your mouth, and the whole duck is so tender that even the bones can be eaten.
The duck is carved to preserve all parts, replacing the traditional slicing method that only offers skin or meat; every bite offers a rich, layered experience of crispy skin and tender meat.
Four Points by Sheraton Yilan Jiaoxi is located at the source of Jiaoxi Hot Springs, so it has the best hot springs and is close to Tangweigou Park.

Yilan's unique cherry roast duck dish uses cherry duck weighing about one kilogram, marinated with a variety of Chinese medicinal herbs for two days, hung to air-dry and then grilled in a Hong Kong-style hanging oven. It is then drizzled with hot oil before being served. The skin is crispy and the meat is chewy and delicious. ※The meal pictures are for reference only. Open-air infinity swimming pool
The children's playroom in Fun Park is designed with building blocks as its theme, and provides free loan of building blocks and board games. In response to the government's plastic reduction and environmental protection policy, no disposable amenities (including toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, razor set, shower cap, bath sponge, and handbag) will be provided. No bottled water is provided in all guest rooms. There are water dispensers in the stair halls on each floor. Please use the kettle in the room for your own use.
