- Taiko is a regular ferry service connecting Hakata and Fukue. The ship’s interior combines refined design with excellent functionality and is fully barrier-free, ensuring a comfortable journey for all passengers. The public spaces are designed to be relaxing so you can spend your time at ease, while the designated cabin areas provide private spaces where you can rest comfortably and with peace of mind.

We will offer a reservation change (rescheduling) or a refund. No handling fees will be charged for changes or refunds.

When leaving Hakata Port: Check-in procedures begin at 9:00pm and boarding at 9:45pm. Please complete procedures by 11:00pm.
Tickets can be redeemed at locations other than Hakata Port up to 20 minutes before departure.
Depending on sea conditions on the day of travel, the trip may be canceled; in such cases we will contact you at the phone number you provided. Reservation changes (rescheduling) as well as refunds are available at no charge.
Arrival times are estimates and not guaranteed. Please allow plenty of time in your schedule.
The ship has no restaurant but there are vending machines.
All rooms are non-smoking; two smoking areas are available.
There are free lockers on board for storing valuables such as a wallet or mobile phone.
When checking luggage onto the ship, there is a charge of 500 yen per piece. The total dimensions (length + width + height) must be ≤ 200 cm (and under 30 kg).
Dangerous goods are prohibited.
On the day of boarding, please prepare the voucher displayed on your smartphone or other device and exchange it for the actual ticket at the port.

Polisi pembatalan
- Pembatalan 4 hari (termasuk) sebelum tarikh dipilih dibenarkan. Pesanan yang belum digunakan boleh dibatalkan secara percuma
- Untuk pembatalan 3 hingga 3 hari sebelum tarikh dipilih, yuran pembatalan 10% akan dikenakan
- Untuk pembatalan 2 hingga 2 hari sebelum tarikh dipilih, yuran pembatalan 30% akan dikenakan
- Pembatalan tidak dibenarkan antara 0–1 hari dari tarikh dipilih. Pesanan tidak boleh dibatalkan atau diubah, dan tiada pemulangan wang.
- Disebabkan perbezaan zon waktu, tarikh pembatalan yang disahkan adalah berdasarkan waktu tempatan pembekal. Sila beri 2–5 hari bekerja untuk memproses permintaan pembatalan anda, selepas itu yuran pembatalan akan dikenakan mengikut polisi pembatalan produk. Setelah pembatalan disahkan, anda akan menerima pemulangan wang dalam 14 hari bekerja.
