I recently joined the Berlin Half Day Walking Tour in Berlin, and it turned out to be an excellent way to cover the city’s major highlights in a short amount of time. The itinerary was well-curated, combining Berlin’s iconic landmarks with meaningful historical context. Our guide, Stefan was knowledgeable and able to explain Berlin’s history in a way that felt accessible but still impactful. I especially appreciated the clear storytelling around the Brandenburg Gate, the Holocaust Memorial, and the remnants of the Berlin Wall. The pace of the tour was comfortable enough time for photos and questions without feeling rushed. For a half-day format, the coverage of sights was impressive. We would recommend this tour as it delivers great value, insightful commentary, and a memorable overview of the city in just a few hours.

王導遊非常有同理心也很盡責，同車的司機也一樣有禮貌又親切。慕尼黑往天鵝堡的交通複雜，很推薦此一日遊行程。省時間，又可以得到當地不少觀光資訊。因為下車前只剩硬幣和大鈔沒有給司機和王導遊小費，下次有機會一定要給～（小費完全沒有壓力，可以給跟不給）謝謝導遊和司機豐富了我們這次旅程。

領隊人很好也很會拍照 到一個點 會幫我們拍照 找角度 還會說故事 跟推薦其他景點 遇到遲到的團員也是心平氣和的對待 午餐可以吃那邊的餐廳也可以自行準備 沒有強制消費行為 小費也是隨意給 雖然行程基本來說只有兩個點 「到國王湖-〉坐船-〉到中游看教堂吃東西散步拍照-〉魔法森林-〉回程」

到Radius Tours Office報到，先向櫃檯購買新天鵝堡門票。集合後有2位導遊帶領，導遊知識豐富， 詳盡介紹關於新天鵝堡故事，充實整段旅程。此外導遊也相當盡責，每次集合都會確認團員人數。

由導遊帶領團員搭乘火車前往薩爾斯堡，由於搭乘類似平快的列車，所以不是保證座位，回程我們遇到團員沒有準時集合，導致最後上車時找座位遇到了困難，但我想這應該不是常態；從薩爾斯堡中央車站搭乘路面電車到莫札特廣場並不困難，三個小時還是短了點，沒辦法好好享受這座浪漫的城市。

日本語のガイドの方がドイツにずっと住んでいるベテランの方で説明が分かりやすく丁寧でした。ノイシュバンシュタイン城には決まった時間ごとで区切られて見学するため、入場時間に遅れると入れないそうです。自力で行ってチケットを取って、遠くまで電車などで時間通りに行くのは大変そうなので、手配から移動まで全部こみこみでやってくれるこのツアーにして正解だと行って思いました。 不満をあげるとすれば、バスのエアコンの効きが悪かったことです。窓も開けられないので、汗をかきながらの1時間30分のバスの旅でした。この日の気温は昼間は30度でした。運転手さんやガイドさんにお願いしましたが、1番低い温度にしても汗が出るほどの温度でした。暑いのが苦手な人は夏は控えた方がいいかもしれません。

I was very impressed with our guide, Jake. He is funny and knowledgeable. And he shows care to everyone. I bursted into tears when seeing the gas chamber. Was very sad but it’s meaningful to learn about the history. If the tour time can be a little bit longer that would be perfect.

It was a large group, around 40-50 people. The transport there was extremely comfortable and the guide was very friendly. However, the organisation of the tickets was not very well done. There were different timings for the tickets to enter into the castles so everyone was just crowding around the guide to get the earlier tickets. It would have been better if the tickets were given out in groups so that it will not be so messy. But overall, not a bad experience.
