Escape the city for a half-day at Bảo Gia Farm, a high-tech organic farm just outside Cần Thơ where six themed growing zones bring the Mekong Delta's agricultural heritage to life. Walk through the nursery, essential-oil gardens and extraction house, the aquaponics vegetable beds and the animal enclosures, then hop on a mini tractor for a farm ride you will not forget.
