Discover a boutique Thai-owned Pilates studio in the heart of Koh Phangan. Locally owned and thoughtfully created our studio offers a warm and welcoming space for both beginners and experienced Pilates lovers.

Whether you're completely new to Reformer Pilates or already have experience, enjoy a small-group class designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and leave your holiday feeling refreshed.

With a maximum of just 6 participants per class you'll receive personalized guidance from our certified instructors in a friendly and supportive environment.

Wear comfortable workout clothing. Grip socks are recommended and available for purchase at the studio or you're welcome to join the class barefoot.
