Join us on the first Friday of the month at 3:00pm Eastern Time for our "See How It's Made" adventure through Adirondack Barrel Cooperage LLC and Murray's Fools Distilling Co. on the Hoffman's Ferry Campus.
Witness master coopers transform American White Oak into works of art. Discover the alchemy of distillation up close. Savor an expertly curated spirit tasting that tells the story of craft in every sip.
Choose which part of the journey speaks to you. Focus on the cooperage craftsmanship, dive deeper into the distilling process, or enjoy a signature tasting experience with the story behind each spirit.
Cooperage only tours are approximately 1 hour. Tours including the Cooperage, Rickhouse, Distillery and tasting are approximately 2 hours. Guests can stay as long as they would like after completion of the tour. Maximum number of guests per tour is 20 people. Guests must be 21 years and older to participate in spirits tastings. Children are welcome and must accompanied by an adult. Service pets only.
All tours start at the main entrance of Adirondack Barrel Cooperage. Tours include walking, standing, and is wheel-chair accessible.
