Enjoy this stunning, impressive building and views.
Stroll around Palechora (meaning "Old Town") is Aegina's version of Mystras! This medieval village was built in the 9th century and it was the capital of the island until 1826.
We will also see a beautiful Ancient Greek temple (540 BC) located within a sanctuary complex dedicated to the goddess Aphaia. This area has been a place of worship since prehistoric times (1300 B.C.)!
