Know Before You Go: Canyons can be up to 10 degrees cooler than the external temperature.
Know Before You Go: Dress in layers to accommodate changing temperatures.
Know Before You Go: If it is windy, a hat and handkerchief are recommended to cover your nose, mouth, and ears.
Know Before You Go: Sand enters the canyon in all directions, so photographers should bring a cover for their camera.
Know Before You Go: No Children Between Ages 0-7 Allowed Due to Intensity.
Know Before You Go: No Bag Policy. This means no bags of any kind, i.e.: no back packs, no purses, no fanny packs, no baby carriers, and no water bags.
Know Before You Go: On our multiple canyons tours - we do allow a small bag, but it remains in the vehicle while in the canyon. (AACT is not responsible for any kind of theft, stolen property, or any damage)

Know Before You Go: A portion of the tour is "off road" and can be wash boarded and quite bumpy. No Pregnant women are allowed. No wheelchairs. You will be walking about one half mile in sandy and rocky terrain.
