The food tasting takes place in a beautiful private garden surrounded by nature, among vineyards, fruit trees, aromatic herbs, and peaceful countryside views. Guests can relax in an authentic Italian atmosphere, discovering the flavors and traditions of the region. It's also a perfect experience for families and children, who can explore the garden and find out where the fruit and aromatic herbs come from.
Our dishes are prepared in a slow food style, using fresh seasonal ingredients and local products. Whenever possible, we use eggs from our hens, wild herbs, local potatoes, and traditional ingredients from nearby farms. Every detail is designed to offer an authentic, elegant, and genuine experience of the lifestyle of the Prosecco Hills.
