상품 설명
Step into a winery where history and nature have evolved together since 1760. Discover not only wine, but a philosophy rooted in biodiversity, sustainability, and respect for the land.
Begin in the vineyards, where you will explore the principles of permaculture and learn how biodiversity plays a key role in shaping the character of the wines. Discover how nature, soil, and cultivation methods come together to create a balanced and living ecosystem.
Continue with a guided visit of the estate, including the historic cellar dating back to 1760 — a unique space where tradition has been preserved for centuries. As you walk through the cellar, gain insight into the evolution of winemaking techniques and the connection between past and present.
Conclude with a tasting of five red wines made from local grape varieties such as Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella, each expressing the identity of the territory and the philosophy of the winery.
