Know Before You Go: - 10–20 minutes delay: Your gondola ride can proceed, but a €45 fee (cash only) must be paid to the gondolier before boarding.
Know Before You Go: - Over 20 minutes delay: The no-show policy applies, and no refund is given. However, you can still enjoy the ride by paying a €90 fee (cash or card), or opt for a shorter ride based on the remaining time available at your arrival.
Know Before You Go: Check the meeting point on the map in advance, especially in case of strikes, demonstrations, or bad weather. Refunds (full or partial) cannot be provided if you miss the meeting time or leave the experience early.
