Follina: Craft Brewery Tour, 3 Beers, and Local Delicacies (EN)｜Italy

Our family has a winery that has been producing 'col fondo' wines, which are refermented in the bottle, for over a century. These are the traditional wines of our region, and we are deeply committed to preserving their legacy.
Our extensive experience in spontaneous fermentation has enabled us to enter the world of beer and confirms our passion for this type of production.

You will tour the production area accompanied by the hospitality manager, who will explain the various stages of our beer production process: from the raw ingredients to brewing, bottling, and storage for the secondary fermentation phase.
The visit to the production facility lasts about 30 minutes.
Afterwards, we will enjoy a tasting of three Follina craft beers, paired with local cheeses and charcuterie, along with crunchy pickled vegetables and a delicious grape mostarda.
Finally, a tasting of our 'Primo Malto' beer spirit is included.
At the end of the tour, you will receive a Birra Follina gift.
