La Piramide: Three Sparkling Wines, Appetizers and a Cellar Visit｜Italy

The experience begins with an introduction to the region, information on the methods of winemaking, and the different production areas. It continues with a sensory analysis and description of the organoleptic properties of three sparkling wines: Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze DOCG, Valdobbiadene DOCG, and Prosecco DOC.
The food tasting includes samples of 2 local cheeses, savory breadsticks, and Fregolotta cake (the snacks served are not to be considered a meal).
At the end of the tasting, you will go out to visit the cellar, during which the winemaking methods will be explained.
You can also take a stroll through the vineyards on your own before or after the food tasting.
