During this experience you will take a walk through a centuries-old olive grove that is a slow food presidium. The owners will accompany you among the olive trees to tell you about their innovative production method while you enjoy the view of the small Lucanian Dolomites. Following the walk you will be taken to the farm's headquarters where you will taste different types of olive oil accompanied by a board of local cured meats and cheeses. Included in the tasting will be dessert, a glass of wine and water.
