Choose the menu together, selecting the freshest produce from the market and creating together a 100% fresh, delicious, wholesome menu.

After choosing and buying the ingredients, return to the Kitchen Studio and prepare the menu step by step, accompanied by a tasting of wines from the Cantina. During the class, prepare an appetizer and 2 different pasta courses.
