Private Roman Cooking Class: Make Pasta & 3 Spritz Cocktails｜Italy

Step into your own private Roman kitchen and enjoy an unforgettable night of pasta, cocktails, and good company in the heart of the city.

Enjoy a private evening of Roman food, fun, and cocktails with Spritz & Spaghetti. This hands-on cooking class is reserved just for your group, offering a more personal and relaxed experience from start to finish.

You will learn how to make Italy’s most iconic cocktail, the Spritz, and create fresh pasta from scratch. With the guidance of your private chef, you will master the art of preparing traditional Carbonara, or choose a vegetarian Cacio e Pepe.

As you cook, you will enjoy three refreshing Spritz cocktails. Start with Aperol, continue with Hugo, and finish with a zesty Limoncello Spritz. Each one is served at a different moment of your cooking journey to match the flavor and fun.

After cooking, sit down to enjoy the full meal you made. Your dinner is served with local wine, bottled water, and a final toast of Limoncello. You will also take home printed recipe cards to recreate the experience at home.

This private class is perfect for couples, families, or groups looking for a unique and fun night in Rome. Book now and turn your evening into your own pasta and Spritz celebration.
