Begin your day with a scenic drive through Cologne, passing by iconic landmarks such as Heumarkt, Neumarkt, the Belgian Quarter, and the FC Cologne Stadium.

Next, head to the Drachenfels, a mountain in the Siebengebirge on the Rhine between Bad Honnef and Bonn. Admire the striking ruins of Drachenfels Castle, a symbol of Rhine Romanticism.

Travel from Koenigswinter to the Drachenfels plateau. Visit Drachenburg Castle, built in a historical style between 1882 and 1884. The entry ticket is included.

Afterward, travel to Bonn and enjoy an easy walking tour of the historic city center. See Beethoven’s House, the Town Hall, the Electoral Palace, Münster Square, Beethoven’s monument, and Poppelsdorf.

Enjoy 3 hours of free time in Bonn before returning to Cologne.
