Berlin: Macro Photography Course – Nature in Detail｜Germany

Whether it's a flower, an insect, or a drop of water, macro photography allows us to reveal the tiniest details that are impossible to see with the naked eye. These beautiful and sometimes otherworldly visual worlds will be our playground during this macro photography class.

If you don't (yet) have your own macro lens or extension tubes, you are welcome to borrow the appropriate equipment to try out during the photography class.

After a short technical introduction, we will head out with our cameras in search of interesting plants, insects, and other details to practice and consolidate what we have learned.

Numerous useful tips, suggestions and tricks will help you find subjects, use light as a creative tool, and refine your technique.

We will primarily work with natural ambient light, reflectors, and portable lighting. We will also introduce you to a few small aids and tools that should be part of every macro photographer's kit.

This photo class is aimed at both beginners and advanced photographers who want to further develop their macro photography skills or learn a few tricks.
