The highlight of this tour is the [Chartered Project] Tsunan Lantern Festival. After being welcomed with refreshments and Kaen Taiko drumming, you will release lanterns carrying your wishes into the winter night sky. Enjoy the sight of the lanterns floating magically into the night sky. Furthermore, after the lantern release, you can watch fireworks coloring the winter night sky.
After the event, a dinner buffet with all-you-can-drink, including alcoholic beverages, will be provided at the hotel. You can enjoy a wide variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, including crab and roast beef, to your heart's content.
The next day, visit Kiyotsu Gorge, one of Japan's three great gorges. You will see the spectacular winter view created by the snow-covered majestic rock walls and the gorge. Next, enjoy a lunch of hegi soba at Uononosato, and visit Uonuma Jozo for a factory tour and shopping for fermented foods such as rice koji and koji amazake.

Starting around mid-December, heavy snow begins to fall, allowing you to enjoy the winter scenery created by majestic rock walls and white snow. The Panorama Station at the end of the Kiyotsu Gorge Tunnel is a popular photo spot where you can see the spectacular view of the gorge reflected in the water mirror.
