Know Before You Go: In case of aggressive behavior or inappropriate conduct by a customer that disturbs other tour participants, the driver has the right to stop the vehicle and remove from it any participants who are causing disruptions. All inappropriate behaviors will be reported to the KKday platform along with the booking information of the customer. We aim to uphold the high standard of our service and show respect for others
