Morning section: Welcome to this guided tour to visit Siberian huskies and Lapland reindeer in Rovaniemi. We will pick you up from your hotel or accommodation and drive you to our husky site, where you will experience a real ‘fast and furious’ 500-meter dog-sledding ride. After the ride, learn about the huskies. We will then continue to meet our Arctic reindeer, observe them up close, and enjoy a short 400-meter reindeer ride.
The morning section finishes around 12:30. Our guide can drop you off at either your hotel or Santa Village, where you can spend some free time.
Evening section: 20:00–23:30 You will be picked up from 20:00 and driven to two different aurora-viewing spots. The first is near an Arctic lake and forest. Your guide will introduce you to the aurora. After a short stay, we will continue to the aurora BBQ location, where you will sit inside a traditional Kota. A bonfire, hot tea, and Lappish sausages are provided. If you are lucky, you may see the magical aurora dance beneath the beautiful stars.
