Know Before You Go: For safety reasons, a basic understanding of English is required, as all instructions are given in English.
Know Before You Go: Children will join the safari on a heated sled. We highly recommend that one of the parents sits with a small child in the sled for the child’s comfort and safety.
Know Before You Go: If a child over 140 cm wishes to sit in a snowmobile as a passenger, you need to book the child as an adult!
Know Before You Go: Our snowmobile tours are shared: two adults ride together on each snowmobile, and drivers can switch at the halfway point.
Know Before You Go: The driver of a snowmobile must be at least 18 years old and in possession of a driving license valid in Finland. The snowmobile driver is held liable for any damages caused to the vehicle.
Know Before You Go: Self-liability insurance for your snowmobile before the safari minimizes potential self-liability costs to a maximum of 250 € per person, reduced from the standard 980 € in case of an accident. This insurance is personalized and applicable for a single snowmobile safari.
