Day 1: Arrival in Helsinki
Fly from your home country and arrive in Helsinki. Meet your guide and driver at the arrival hall at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. Board a private vehicle and transfer to your hotel. Check in, freshen up, and join your guided Helsinki city tour (if time allows). Spend the evening at leisure and rest well for the journey ahead.
Day 2: Guided Tour of Helsinki & Night Train to Lapland
Have breakfast and check out at 12 PM. Transfer to the train station and store your bags in lockers (self-pay). Embark on a guided city tour of Senate Square, Helsinki Cathedral, the Sibelius Monument, Market Square, Old Market Hall, and the harbor front. Board the Santa Claus Express at 7:29 PM for a 12-hour journey to Lapland.
Day 3: Santa Claus Village & First Northern Lights
Arrive in Lapland at 7:10 AM and step into a true winter wonderland. Visit the magical Santa Claus Village, meet Santa, cross the Arctic Circle, and explore the festive village. Transfer to Kuusamo (approx. 2.5 hrs) and check in. In the evening, embark on your first Northern Lights hunt ( Optional ) with scenic stops under the Arctic sky.
Day 4: Reindeer Safari & Ruka Ski Center
Enjoy a hearty Finnish breakfast, then meet your guide for an authentic reindeer farm visit. Embark on a peaceful ( Optional ) reindeer safari (1.5 km) through snowy landscapes, a true Lapland tradition. Spend 2 hours at Ruka Ski Center, where you can relax, explore, shop, or enjoy the snowy scenery. Return to your hotel, then head out on a Northern Lights adventure in the evening.
Day 5: Husky Adventure & Snowmobiling Ride
Today is all about Arctic nature and adrenaline. Go on a ( Optional ) 5 km husky sled ride through snowy forest trails, followed by a ( Optional ) thrilling snowmobiling experience (10–15 km) across Arctic landscapes. End your day with a magical Northern Lights tour (3 hours).
Day 6: Checkout & Glass Igloo Check-in
After breakfast, check out and get ready for a luxury experience. At 2:30 PM, check into your ( Optional ) glass igloo, your private Arctic bubble under the sky. Relax and watch the Northern Lights dance above you from the comfort of your bed.
Day 7: Wildlife Park & Return Journey to Helsinki
After breakfast and check-out, visit Ranua Wildlife Park (4 hours) and see polar bears, Arctic foxes, lynx, and other Nordic wildlife. Enjoy some final shopping time at Ruka Ski Center before transferring to the train station to board your overnight return train to Helsinki.
Day 8: Departure
Arrive in Helsinki at 9:00 AM and proceed to the airport for your return flight home.
