We will pick you up at your accommodation to enter the wonderful Elqui Valley, we will pass through the impressive Puclaro reservoir, you will begin to see the first vines, until we reach an artisanal pisco maker, winner of numerous international awards, its grapes are harvested by hand , fermented at low temperatures and distilled in copper stills. You can taste some of its varieties and buy in its sales room.
Finishing this visit we will go to have lunch at a restaurant with a unique cooking method in the world, using the intense Sun that we always have in the Valley, they manage to cook most of their typical dishes.
At the end of lunch we will go up to the town of Paihuano where an organic vineyard is located, known for its organic and quality production, you will be able to learn about the history of this vineyard and the different varieties it offers.
After this tour we will continue to Montegrande where the school museum of the Nobel Prize for Literature, Gabriela Mistral, is located. You will know the simplicity with which she lived, her passion for education and for the valley.
