Absolutely unique experience of the tour: see the Aurora in full color, even if it's weak, with special goggles
Since our eyes are not made to see colors in darkness, we can see the colors of the Aurora only when it's strong. But with the goggles, you can see it the same as in photos/video.
As far as I know, no other companies have anything similar yet.
NB: there is only 1 pair of goggles, just for a short experience. It is not like you put them on and walk the whole evening (this idea is still in progress, as it would be a highly expensive set)

Feel free to also grab extra food/snacks/water with you. More food is always better than not enough :)

If you have any food allergies/limitations, please bring some extra food with you in case you can't eat what I offer.
The tour normally lasts 8 to 10 hours (it might be shorter at the beginning and end of the season due to shorter nights). Everything depends on conditions: driving distance, weather, solar activity, etc. In rare cases, the tour can be up to 12 hours if it is really necessary or if the group wants to stay longer (due to good solar activity or other factors).
As this is a minivan tour, I don't have any limits on minibusses or buses, such as mandatory breaks or driving-hour limits.
There is a good chance we will cross the border into Finland, so please bring your passport. In my experience, I never had a passport check, but it is required to have it with you when crossing the border.
For the private tour, I will pick you up at your location (anywhere within a 30-minute drive of Tromsø; longer-distance locations by request.)
