Begin with convenient pickup from your accommodation and travel south in a comfortable private vehicle. As this is your private tour, you can choose from the available departure times for your selected date. Along the way, your local driver-guide will introduce you to the region and share stories about Norwegian Christmas traditions and how the festive season is celebrated in Norway.

Arrive in historic Egersund as its charming streets transform into a magical Christmas town filled with lights, decorations and festive atmosphere. Your guide will introduce you to the town and help you discover what makes Julebyen such a special Christmas tradition.

Then step into the heart of the celebration. Wander among nearly 100 festive stalls and small market houses, discovering handmade crafts, Christmas gifts, local products and tempting seasonal food and drinks.

After exploring together, enjoy plenty of free time to experience Julebyen your way. Hunt for unique Christmas gifts, taste Norwegian seasonal treats, capture photos beneath the festive lights or simply slow down and soak up the Christmas atmosphere.

Depending on the programme on your chosen date, the streets may also come alive with concerts, shows and other festive entertainment.

When it's time to leave, meet your driver-guide and relax on the private journey back to your accommodation in Stavanger or Sandnes.
