Start your 2-hour clay sculpting workshop in Amsterdam with a short introduction to the material and basic techniques. You will learn how to work with clay, build form, and use simple tools.
After the introduction, you begin working on your own creation. You can choose what to make — an object, a figure, or an abstract shape. The focus is on exploring your own ideas and working with your hands in a creative way.
During the workshop, a professional instructor is present to guide you, support your process, and help you when needed. The emphasis is on creativity, experimentation, and developing your own sculpture in a relaxed studio environment.
At the end of the session, your piece will be ready to take home or left for drying and firing, depending on the type of clay used. Fired pieces can be collected after approximately 2–3 weeks, or can be shipped to your home for an additional shipping fee.
Tea and something sweet are included during the workshop.
