Wine Tour & Tasting Experience, Arogno, Ticino｜Switzerland

Your experience will begin outdoors, surrounded by the beauty of the vineyards of Azienda Agricola Bianchi in Arogno. At the foot of Monte Generoso, we will take you on an invigorating walk, during which we will share the story of our winery, a pioneer of organic viticulture in Ticino since 1998. During this outdoor segment, you will discover that our winery is a complete ecosystem: we will not only talk about wine, but also about our sustainable philosophy, which is managed with manual care and craftsmanship.

The tour will then continue to the technical heart of the estate. We will enter the winemaking cellar and the impressive barrel cellar. Here, we will explain the secrets of grape processing, from traditional grape varieties to innovative, disease-resistant varieties (PIWIs), following a short supply chain that we manage in-house, right through to packaging.

The experience culminates with the tasting session. Seated in a unique setting, you will taste our flagship labels, which reflect our excellence and the numerous awards we have received over the years. Each glass will be paired with a generous platter of local cured meats and cheeses from the Mendrisiotto area, carefully selected to showcase the authentic flavors of our region.
