Our FoodaQuest adventure is more than a food tour! It’s our way of helping you experience Prague through the food, stories and people that shaped it so if you're looking for a deep cultural immersion and delicious bites, our experience is for you!

We’ll take you through the city’s past and present, from dishes that were part of everyday life during the communist era to the modern Czech food scene you see today.

Along the way, we’ll taste traditional Czech specialties, local drinks and newer takes on classic recipes while sharing how life behind the Iron Curtain influenced what people cooked, bought and ate. We’ll talk about shortages, limited ingredients, state-run restaurants and the food traditions families created during that time.

As we explore Prague’s historic streets, we’ll also uncover the story of the Velvet Revolution and how life changed after 1989, from opening borders and new ingredients to independent restaurants and a new generation of Czech chefs.
