Step beyond the typical day trip and discover a more intimate side of Ireland on this private journey in a luxury & comfy Mercedes Benz vehicle, through the breathtaking Wicklow Mountains. Designed for travelers who value authenticity, nature, and storytelling, this experience blends iconic landscapes with lesser-known gems that most visitors never see.
Leaving the city behind, your day unfolds at a relaxed pace, allowing you to fully absorb the beauty and atmosphere of Wicklow, often called the “Garden of Ireland.” Along the way, your private guide shares local insights, history, and stories that bring the landscape to life.
Your journey includes a visit to the ancient monastic settlement of Glendalough, nestled in a glacial valley surrounded by forest and lakes. Rather than simply passing through, you’ll explore the site through guided storytelling uncovering its spiritual significance, hidden details, and the daily life of the monks who once lived here.
Beyond the well-known sights, this experience takes you further off the beaten path. Discover a peaceful waterfall tucked away from the usual tourist routes, where you can pause, take in the sounds of nature, and enjoy a quieter connection with the landscape. You’ll also visit carefully selected gardens or scenic spots that showcase Wicklow’s natural beauty in a more personal and unhurried way.
Throughout the day, there is flexibility to tailor the experience to your interests whether that means spending more time walking in nature, stopping for photos at panoramic viewpoints, or enjoying a relaxed break at a local café.
This is not a rushed group tour, it’s a thoughtfully curated private experience designed to help you slow down, explore deeper, and connect with the true spirit of Wicklow.
