Leaving Belfast, we head west into the beautiful Fermanagh Lakelands, one of Ireland's hidden treasures. Your first stop is the charming island town of Enniskillen, where you can stroll through the historic streets, enjoy the waterfront setting, or visit Enniskillen Castle.
Because this is a private transfer tour, the itinerary is flexible and can be tailored to your interests. Fermanagh offers an incredible range of attractions and experiences. We highly recommend a visit to the spectacular Marble Arch Caves, one of Europe's finest showcaves. Other options include a boat trip on Lough Erne to Devenish Island, visits to the magnificent National Trust estates of Castle Coole, Florence Court or Crom Estate, a tour of the famous Belleek Pottery, or even the opportunity to bottle your own gin at the award-winning Boatyard Distillery.
Alternatively, instead of exploring Fermanagh, you may choose to make a detour to the excellent Ulster American Folk Park, one of Ireland's finest museums and a fascinating insight into the story of Irish emigration.
Crossing the border into County Leitrim, Ireland's smallest county, you'll discover a region that punches well above its weight when it comes to scenery and character. We stop at the picturesque Glencar Waterfall, immortalised in the poetry of W.B. Yeats and surrounded by beautiful countryside.
From here we continue into County Sligo and the Wild Atlantic Coast. Our destination is the vibrant seaside village of Strandhill, renowned for its spectacular beach, surfing culture, breathtaking coastal views and excellent cafés. It's the perfect place to stretch your legs, enjoy lunch and experience a different side of Ireland away from the usual tourist trail.
Having broken up the journey with fascinating attractions, hidden gems and beautiful scenery, we continue south to Galway, where you'll be dropped off at your accommodation or another location of your choice.
