Know Before You Go: Please remember that the weather conditions are out of our control, and there is no ice guarantee. If the ice conditions are not safe we will do our best to organize an alternative activity (most likely a winter hike) on the date you are booked. However last winter season, we haven't had one single excursion on which we weren't able to skate :) Alternatively a full refund will be issued
